During my senior year as an undergrad at UW-Madison, I joined the core team of a student organization called YesUW as their filmmaker and video editor. They championed the idea of “seeking discomfort” by dedicating enormous effort to give students the opportunities connect and grow by hosting events each month designed to push them out of their comfort zone.
